Meet the reception and administrative members of our team!
Rachel Stecker
I have worked for an OB/GYN for 20 years and then started to work for Dr. Palter in 2001. I was his first employee and 15 years later I am still happily with Dr. Palter and the rest of the Gold Coast IVF team.
I always tell our patients that we are here to make miracles happen. We will do everything we can to help them achieve a successful pregnancy and that they should leave the worrying to us. All they need to do is look around at the beautiful success baby pictures and know that one day we will help them as well. I try to make them feel that they are now part of our office family and that they can count on us to help them. I let the patients know that I am available for any questions and concerns.
Since I am here 15 years, I feel I have grown up with Dr. Palter. I have since sent my children off to college, seen all three of them married and now I am the proud “Ama” (grandmother) to four wonderful grandchildren. I love to knit and crochet (my children and grandchildren are very warm), bake, travel and cruising and shop, shop, shop.
Deanna Resnick
I have been in the medical field for over 30 years and has spent the last 16 years working with Dr. Palter. I had the opportunity to watch the transformation of Gold Coast IVF from a small two girl office to the state of the art facility it is today.
There is tremendous satisfaction I get from seeing the parents’ faces as they hear the news for the first time that they conceived. So many men and women enter the office with no or little hope, and a few months later are having a baby.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with family and friends.
Michele Lang Palter
I am used to wearing many hats…I’m a lawyer by training and writer by avocation, and have worked at Gold Coast as Director of Special Projects since 2012. I especially love drafting materials to help educate patients so they can make informed decisions about their treatment. This center is superb – the staff is terrific, so dedicated and such a great team together.
It is a privilege to help families grow and celebrate success with so many! I love American history, fantasy and science fiction, and I also enjoy the theatre. My favorite place is the beach, with the mountains a close second.
